Juvenile Accused of Inappropriately Touching Girl at School
A male juvenile was charged with criminal sexual contact on June 20, according to Madison police.
A male juvenile was arrested and charged with criminal sexual contact after police investigated a report of inappropriate touching at a school in June, police said this week.
The juvenile was arrested around 7 p.m. Thursday, June 20, following an investigation by Detective Edward Mitchko, police said in a news release Tuesday.
Mitchko investigated a report from a female juvenile alleging the male juvenile "touched her inappropriately during an incident at school," according to police.
The male juvenile was released to a parent pending a court appearance, Detective Kenneth Shannon said.
Additional information about the incident and any actions taken by the school was not immediately available.
