The Madison Recreation Advisory Committee would like to invite the public to the unveiling and dedication of the Don Links Plaque at the MRC on October 12th 2013 from 2:30-3:30.
The ceremony will be a celebration of the time, effort and passion Don put into this fantastic facility enjoyed by so many families in town. The ceremony will be attended by Don's wife, Joanne and their 13 year old twins and our hope is this ceremony will provide a small bit of happiness for them by seeing overwhelming community support in the form of an extremely large gathering.
Food and drinks will be available at the hut and the event will go ahead rain or shine, as Don would have intended. ("It never rains on a football field")
