Cops Seize Heroin, Crack Cocaine in Bust at Main Street Home

Two Madison residents were arrested on drug charges.

Two Madison residents who allegedly sold drugs from a Main Street home near Madison Junior School were arrested this week and a "substantial quantity" of heroin and crack cocaine was seized from the residence, authorities said Wednesday.

Lee Bradford Jr., 48, and Lesia Lindsay, 49, were arrested on drug charges around noon on Monday, police said. Packaging materials and a small amount of marijuana also were seized from the home, police said.

The bust came after Madison police received information about the alleged drug dealing and an investigation over several months that involved "countless hours" of surveillance, according to a news release from Detective Kenneth Shannon, who made the arrests.
