Madison Yoga & Tai-Chi is a holistic healing center that helps individuals develop strength, proper breathing, flexibility and energy.
The studio offers daily classes in yoga, tai-chi, qi-gong, breathing and meditation. The classes vary throughout the week to ensure a more dynamic practice experience. Each class works to help shift your focus from outside to within so you can focus on the here and now to allow you busy mind to rest and restore. Madison Yoga & Tai-Chi teaches signature breathing postures that enhance strength and relaxation. Classes are offered two to three times a day and last approximately 80 minutes.
