Best Salon in town
I am a regular customer in this salon ever since they changed over to DownTown Salon, a major improvment with all stylists and revamp of salon. The level of experience is unmatched and they know what to do to make the customer happy. I walked in and they knew what I wanted and made my hair look just like what I pictured. This salon creates a great and happy atmosphere and i am delighted every time i go back. I strongly recommend this salon.

This was the first time I went there, and I didn't think it was so great. The salon lay out is open, and the large windows allow in a lot of natural sun light. On the downside of that, they have you go to one part of the salon for the washing, walk and carry your belongings to another part of the salon for the cut and dry. I felt that the two stylists that washed and cut my hair did not care at all to be gentle. I had to ask the stylist twice to be more gentle while she was brushing and blow drying my hair. I felt like she was punching the back of the head! I left with a huge head ache. My hair felt soft (I got a deep conditioning treatment), but it wasn't as well styled as trims from other salons. The people are pleasant enough, but I wasn't too impressed.
