DO NOT BOOK FOR A PARTY!
An agreed and confirmed discounted price for a large "Sweet 16" birthday party group was not honored and cost me an extra $100! I was then offered an insulting $30 mani/pedi voucher as compensation for ripping me off. I promptly gave this away as I have no intention of ever returning to this salon. VERY DISAPPOINTED by their greedy and unprofessional behavior.
I have to say I go here just about every week for over five years - I love the atmosphere, they really take their time. Anytime I go anywhere else (I travel a lot), I'm disappointed and look forward to my speedy return to Elite.
