My husband and I absolutely love our children's pediatrician, Dr. Maria A. Lavaia, MD, she is just wonderful HOWEVER we contemplate switching because of the absolute rudest front desk ever! They make you feel awful when you call to ask a question, they interrupt, they have no manners, they cut you off and randomly put you on hold without you getting a word in and just recently they were to have Dr. Lavaia fill out a form for us which we absolutely needed done as it's for our son's Early Intervention appt. and they promised it could be done same day, or next morning at latest, but they forgot and 3 days later we showed up because they still didn't have it done and then told us we shouldn't have come in unless they called and told us to leave because it wasn't done. We now do not have this paper for our son's EI appointment. They forgot and had the nerve to make us feel terrible? I HOPE they bring in new front desk staff soon or we will be taking our two children somewhere else.

I really love the doctors here, but the nastiest, most unfriendly front desk i have ever come across. Everytime I call, they interrupt me and are so nasty. They need to realize they are dealing with first time mothers and learn some bedside manner. I have contemplated leaving the practice and bringing my 23 month old to another doctors office just becuase of how rude the front desk is!

I have been taking my three children here for over four years, and I think they are fantastic! The receptionists are friendly and accommodating (if you are friendly to them, it certainly doesn't hurt!), they will see a sick child extremely quickly (usually that day), and as long as you plan ahead you can schedule a regular visit with the doctor of your choice. All of the doctors are phenomenal -I could not recommend the group more highly!

The most rude front desk you would ever come across!They treat patients like garbage.
