Madison Flag Football Continues To Impress

Madison Flag football update.

The stage was set at the Madison Recreation Complex for another thrilling display of fine football talents, continuing the tradition of great Madison football. The thundering stampede of cleats completely crunched any signs of the falls first frost,as the players squared off early Saturday morning. Once again, the coffee-cupped crowd was treated to many razzle-dazzle runs, trick plays and determined defensive plays from Madisons’ future stars.

Offensively, the players making things happen were Harrison Eget, Mike Delevan, Jack Eckhard, Will Forester, Donovan Carey, Miles DePaul, Topher Royse, Patrick Roelke, Christopher Carfano, Colin Feledy, Jack Catchpole, Matt Lutz, Matthew Spagnoletti, Nick McKenna,Vincent Finelli and Will McGinty.

On the other side of the ball, the defenders grabbing the flags were Colin Faraher, Cole Eckhard, Kian Brown, Brennan Cullis, Chet Horsey, Carter Willis, Aniello Vacchiano, Casey O’Sullivan, Dillon Hall, Kevin McIntyre, Markus Vali, Mike Pipoli, Nate McKenna, and Sam Gero.

There's only a few weeks left of the Flag season, with our last game being played under the lights which will delight the fans almost as much as the players, so don’t miss a chance to catch a game by any of Madison's super football teams playing every weekend. You might be surprised how good they are, thanks to the fine coaching and instruction they’re getting every practice. Next games are Saturday 10/20 at 9 am MRC.
