Justin Goodwin Commits to Rutgers
Madison High School junior has led Dodgers to two state championships.
Star junior running back, cornerback, kick returner and punter Justin Goodwin of the two-time North 2, Group II state champion Dodgers football team gave his verbal commitment to attend Rutgers University on Thursday, high school athletic director Sean Dowling announced.
Goodwin , earning Star-Ledger All Morris County First Team, Daily Record’s Offensive Player of the Year and Morris County Football Coaches Association All County Offensive Player of the Year.
