Drew University Field Hockey Player Named All-American

Brooke Gagliano was voted Landmark Conference's Player of the Year this fall.

Drew University senior field hockey captain Brooke Gagliano was named to the 2013 Longstreth / NFHCA Division III All-America Second Team this year.

She is the program's 10th All-American, and the first since 2004.

The 21-year-old business study major from Freehold says she was shocked to hear the news.

"When I found out I was so excited," she said.

Gagliano, who minors in biology and art, hopes to work toward owning her own gym after graduating.
