Madison Public Schools brought a team and helped make the Area 3 Special Olympics bowling event at Hanover Lanes on Saturday a special one. The opening ceremonies began at about 9 a.m. and were followed by bowling.
Madison Supervisor of Special Services Chris Kenny and eight bowlers wore Madison bowling shirts and partook in an event in which, though medals were awarded, the purpose was to be together and have fun.
