Madison Mayor Robert Conley at the Borough Council meeting Monday proclaimed March as Madison Young Playwrights Month, and kicked off the celebration by honoring local participants in the New Jersey Young Playwrights Festival, a partnership between of Madison and Premiere Stages at Kean University.
