Middle Schooler Collects Money, Goods for St. Hubert's

Millburn seventh-grader raises nearly $1,000 for her Bat Mitzvah project.

Hannah McGarr, a seventh-grader at Millburn Middle School, raised almost $1,000 and collected items for St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center in Madison for her Bat Mitzvah project.

On March 24, Hannah went to St. Hubert's and presented them with the money and items and in turn received a full tour of the facility.

St. Hubert's is an organization that helps animals that have been abandoned or mistreated and takes care of them until they can find them a proper home.
