The Madison Education Foundation is encouraging all area residents to join the Ninth Annual Madison 5K Run/Walk/Kids’ Fun Run on Sunday at , 170 Ridgedale Ave.
Check-in begins at 9 a.m. and the race starts at 10 a.m. The Kids’ Fun Runs (11 and under) start at 11 a.m.
Last year's run . The event offers a certified 5K road race, tricky tray raffle, kid-friendly goody bags and entertainment for the whole family. Funds raised , according to an announcement for the event.

Registration is $50 for family; $25 adult (18 and up); $23 USATF; $15 youth (17 and under). Registration can be completed online at www.mefnj.org. Online registration adds a processing fee.
