Graddy Ties High Jump Mark at Championships

Mahoney brings home two silver medals on track.

In North 2 Group I action, athletes turned in several outstanding performances at the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association Indoor Track & Field Sectional Championships held at the Bennett Center in Toms River Sunday.

In the high jump, senior RJ Graddy captured gold and tied the meet record with a leap of 6-0. On the track, junior Jack Mahoney ran a 2:04.54 to finish second in the 800 meters, and also ran second in 4:37.40 in the 1,600-meter race.

Mahoney and Graddy also helped the Dodgers to a fifth-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:42.58.
