Theresa will introduce Elise Miller’s approach to yoga for scoliosis in a single-day three-part module. Teachers will learn a sequence of beginning and intermediate poses designed to reduce pain and create better postural alignment of the body. Everyone will have the opportunity to learn and identify the more common patterns of scoliosis.Theresa will demonstrate how to adapt yoga asanas for scoliosis and how to use props and adjust students with scoliosis.
