The Time of Your Life

Looking for ideas and information on how to empower your life in your retirement years?   Are you a member of the Sandwich Generation who is searching for ideas that will support your parents in their senior years?  This is the event for you!

The Time of Your Life is a resource day for older adults and their families, featuring representatives from local non-profit agencies that provide low- and no-cost support for the challenges of aging.  There will be one-on-one time and small group sessions.

Betty Dangler – Keynote speaker – Founder and President of Catalyst4Action, Ms. Dangler is a certified life coach.  Her tpresentation, "Who Are You?" will offer information on how to:

Help seniors transition into a life that is fufilling and authentic by helping them:

 - Define their life again

Who is it open to?   Area residents in the Baby Boomer generation, members of the Sandwich generation (those who have aging parents while supporting their own children),  retirees and soon-to-be retirees.

How do I attend? – Registration for this free event is required.   Call the Madison Senior Center (973) 593—3095; or e-mail seniorserv@rosenet.org  and include your name, address, phone # and e-mail address.

Refreshments will be served.
