District Honors Teachers of the Year
One staff member was selected from each of the five Madison schools.
The Madison Public Schools honored their 2009-2010 Teachers of the Year at Madison High School recently. Superintendent Dr. Richard Noonan presented each winner by saying a few words about what set each individual apart.
The five winners were: Sherrie Taylor, Torey J. Sabatini Elementary School; Shelly Lang, Kings Road Elementary School; Gayle Stein, Central Avenue Elementary School; Janice Corte, Madison Junior School; and Leslie Gentile, Madison High School.
