Owner of Fire-Ravaged Madison Manor Hopes to Rebuild for 2015
Green Village Road apartment building getting torn down.
Part of the Green Village Road apartment building damaged by a three-alarm fire in November has been demolished, and work at the site continued Friday.
Carol Werner of MRY Associates, which owns the project with Normandy Real Estate Partners, said Madison Manor must be torn down.
"We will rebuild and hope to have the project complete by first quarter 2015 if not sooner," she said in an email Friday.
