Zoning Board Holds Reorganization Meeting

One new, three re-appointments while chair and vice chair voted in for a second term.

The Madison Zoning Board of Adjustment held its reorganization meeting on Thursday night at Baylley-Ellard.

The only new appointment to the position of regular member was Toni DeRosa for a four-year term of Class IV. DeRosa had previously served as Alternate No. 1.

Joe Santoro was given a two-year term as Alternate No. 1, while Mike Lami was appointed to a one-year term as Alternate No. 2. Santoro was the previous Alternate No. 2.

Nancy Northrup was re-appointed to a four-year term as Class IV regular member.

Also coming back to their old positions were Russell Stern and Joseph Glade. Stern was nominated and unanimously voted in as chair, while Glade was made vice chair in the same manner.
