Survey Helps Counseling Agency's Strategic Plan, Mayor Says

Sustainable future sought for Project Community Pride.

Editor:

Project Community Pride has provided counseling services to local children since 1976.  What began as a nonprofit agency working with local law enforcement to guide and rehabilitate young people who had become involved in the juvenile justice system has since grown into a full-service counseling center helping children and their families with a range of mental health and emotional concerns.  These services are delivered at no cost to families to ensure that every child who is in need gets the treatment they require.  They are now in their 37th year of service to the community, and looking to local residents for their input as they plan for the future.

We are in the midst of a strategic planning process for Project Community Pride to create a long-term, sustainable structure for the program and we would appreciate your input to help guide the planning process.   This survey is a part of the overall planning input process which includes interviews, focus groups and review of similar programs.
