Planning Board Honors Former Chairwoman Mullins

Mainstay was brought back for resolution and kind words reflecting on her service.

The Planning Board brought back recent retiree and longtime member and past chairwoman Judy Mullins to honor her career. The board read a resolution and gave a plaque and plant to the 17-year veteran known for her expertise in landscaping, especially trees. Mullins, who is also a co-owner of Poor Herbie's with her husband, Dennis, wears many hats in Madison, including her membership in the Friends of Madison Shade Trees and the Madison Arts & Culture Alliance. Here is a video of the board honoring Mullins.
