Multi-Family Housing Application Pushed Back
Zoning Board, LVJJ Investments will meet again at Nov. 10 meeting.
The Madison Borough Zoning Board of Adjustment on Thursday night delayed its hearing on an application from LVJJ Investments, citing the desire of both parties to be able to set aside the majority of a future meeting for the hearing.
The application, which contains a preliminary and final site plan for a nine-unit townhouse development at 4 and 6 Elm St., was originally on the Thursday agenda. The decision to push the hearing back was made after a lengthy discussion on a resident application took up a majority of the zoning board’s allotted meeting time.
The LVJJ Investments application will now be heard by the zoning board on Thursday, Nov. 10. The meeting is scheduled to take place at the Hartley Dodge Memorial Building at 7:30 p.m.
