Madison Execs Continue Networking, Outreach

The Chief Executive Council for Madison recently launched a leadership program for students.

The Chief Executive Council for Madison, which brings business, government, nonprofit and education leaders together to network and collaborate, recently held its second meeting and launched a leadership program to benefit Madison students.

The council's second meeting, held April 26 on the Drew University campus, was hosted by Dr. Vivian Bull, Drew's president and founding chair for the council.

In May, the council launched an "Emerging Leaders" program with Madison High School and Junior Achievement. The program included Bull’s invitation to Madison High School students to attend the Drew Forum featuring Dr. Condoleezza Rice, and the launch of an executive lunch series that brought chiefs from Quest Diagnostics and Realogy to meet with students at Madison High School. The series is expected to continue in the fall.
