Madison Borough Passes Dumpster Regulation
New municipal ordinance also covers PODS.
The Madison Borough Council passed a new ordinance regulating dumpsters and PODS, the portable storage containers.
Property owners are now required to register both dumpsters and PODS with the Borough Zoning Department.
