Flu shots for Madison residents on Thursday, October 13 and Friday, October 21 from 9:00 - 11:00 am at the Health Department in the Madison Civic Center, 28 Walnut Street. Open to adults over age 50 ($25.00) and free to those with a Medicare card; adults under age 50 ($25.00) may come if they have a note from a physician. Non Please wear short sleeved shirts. Walk-in.
