Bag It: Mayor Asks Residents to Bag Fallen Leaves

Free bags are available at the DPW garage and in borough offices.

Mayor Mary-Anna Holden is asking residents to lend a helping hand to the Department of Public Works crews by bagging fallen leaves.

Madison resident Evelyn Cucchiara, author of “30 Days to an Organized Home,” recently blogged about the mayor’s request and the benefits of bagging leaves.

Residents are encouraged to use the free biodegradeable paper bags that are available at the public works garage and in various borough officers.
