Update: Woodland Road Reopens

Motorists were asked to avoid closure for tree removal at Samson Avenue.

Woodland Road at Samson Avenue has reopened after being closed for several hours Wednesday morning for tree removal.

Police sent an alert around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday and said the road would be closed at that point for four to five hours and asked motorists to plan an alternate route.
