Police Blotter: Man Arrested Had $4,725 Worth of Outstanding Warrants

Only two more arrests made in borough during week.

On Feb. 3, police arrested Alonzo Jordan, 42 of Morristown, on the strength of a $500 warrant. Police ran a computer check on Jordan and determined there were five other outstanding warrants on him totaling $4,725. After processing and posting bail, Jordan was released pending a court appearance.

On Feb. 4, police arrested Cassey Flannelly, 20 of Middlesex, and charged her with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police initially stopped Flannelly for a motor vehicle violation. He determined she was in possession of narcotics. She was transported to headquarters for processing. After processing she was released pending a court appearance. She was issued a motor vehicle summons for careless driving.

On Feb. 4, police arrested Jamie Underhill, 32 of Whippany, on the strength of a $1,000 warrant. After processing he was transported to the Morris County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail.

The Madison Police Department and Volunteer Corps responded to 24 medical emergencies this past the week. The department also investigated 17 motor vehicle crashes during the same period.
