NY Jet Accused of Synthetic Marijuana Possession

Madison resident Kellen Winslow allegedly found with designer drug Fubinaca in East Hanover.

A tight end for the New York Jets who lives in Madison allegedly was found with synthetic marijuana in East Hanover, according to a news report.

Kellen Winslow, 30, was charged with possession of the designer drug Fubinaca, the Daily Record reported Thursday.

An East Hanover police officer allegedly found Winslow with the drug on Nov. 19 on Route 10 near Target, and a criminal complaint was signed Dec. 30, the report says.

A spokesman for the team, which has its practice facility in Florham Park, told The Star-Ledger they would have no comment on the pending legal matter.
