Resident Charged With Fraud, Child Endangerment
The following arrest information was supplied by the Madison Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.
A borough resident is facing multiple charges after a drug arrest last week.
On Sept. 7, Madison Det. John Miscia arrested 34-year-old Lauren Pieper of Madison and charged her with allegedly obtaining narcotics by prescription fraud and endangering the welfare of a child.
In a release, the said Miscia was alerted by staff at , 66 Main Street, that Pieper had allegedly entered the store with a false prescription. Her 3-year-old daughter was with her at the time, police said. After a field investigation, Miscia determined the prescription was false. Pieper was taken to headquarters for processing and released pending a mandatory court appearance.
