Madison Man Accused of Assault in Dispute With Girlfriend
Ginson Guaman, 36, allegedly struck the woman during an argument at his house, police said.
A Madison man was charged earlier this month with assault after hitting his girlfriend during an argument at his house, police said.
Ginson Guaman, 36, was charged with simple assault after officers were called to his home for a disturbance at about 10:30 p.m. on June 3, according to a police report released Monday.
Officers determined Guaman struck his girlfriend during the dispute.
Guaman was charged and released on his own recognizance pending a court appearance.
