'Every 15 Minutes' Organizer Made Most DWI Arrests

The officer who organized a program at designed to educate students about the dangers of drunk driving also made the most impaired driving arrests in the borough in 2011, the police department announced.

The New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety honored Patrolman Chad Rybka with the agency's DWI Top Gun award in July, which is presented to officers in each municipality who make the most impaired driver arrests, according to a police news release.

The division also holds an event, NJ Remembers, in Trenton in April honoring those killed by drunk drivers.
