Clear Snowy Sidewalks or Get Ticketed, Madison Cops Say
Advisory about uncleared walkways issued after recent blasts of snow.
Madison police sent an alert Wednesday afternoon advising residents to clear snow and ice from their sidewalks, and warned that violators would be ticketed.
"Clear the snow & ice from your sidewalk," the Nixle advisory says. "DO NOT force our children or neighbors to walk in the street. Violators will be issued a summons."
