After an investigation Plumstead determined that Moritz allegedly assaulted the woman and later took her vehicle on Cook Avenue and drove away. Moritz turned himself in the next day and was arrested at police headquarters, said Madison Police Chief John Trevena. He was processed and released after posting $5,000 bail pending a mandatory court appearance. No other details were immediately available.
