27th Annual Morris Area Auxiliary Covenant House Benefit

Pull up your bootstraps and join The Covenant House Morris Area Auxiliary at it's 27th annual benefit cocktail party and auction on Friday, September 24, boots and jeans are encouraged.  "Fiesta Granero" or barn party, will host an evening of delicious Southwestern fare, cocktails, and a silent auction. The gathering will help provide funds for Covenant House's New Jersey locations in Newark and Atlantic City.  In the past 5 years the Morris Auxiliary has raised over $160 thousand dollars for Covenant House.

Covenant House is an international non-profit organization that provides shelter, food, clothing, counseling, and other basic services to homeless and other at-risk youth.  The Morris Area Auxiliary Board is steered by 34 women from Madison, the Chathams, Harding Township, Morris Township and Summit.  The board president is Sara Sherwood and this year's fundraising event is chaired by Geraldine Kilgore, both of Madison.
