Alzheimer’s Disease: Decisions in Care A Morris County Caregiver Conference 

Alzheimer’s disease is life-changing for both the diagnosed individual and those close to them. There are many complex issues and difficult decisions that caregivers face while providing care. This special half-day workshop will address care options and planning for advanced illness, legal and financial planning, tips for partnering with your health care provider and the use of Advance Directives and Practitioner Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (POLST).
