Madison Little League Document Drop off and Player Assessments

Document drop-offs are required for new players to the league. 

Player assessments are only required for 
Any players ages 10-11 who wish to be drafted to the Majors for the first time
Any first time players 8 years or older (i.e. AA and Above) who are new to the league.
