A Taste of Tai Chi Session II

A Taste of Tai Chi WITH SUZANNE HANLEY WEDNESDAYS, 5-6 PM,  An opportunity to sample the benefits of Tai Chi, a sense of slow and gentle movements that facilitate an inner stillness and release stress. Tai Chi can be a conduit through which we bring our spiritual being into harmony with our physical being. This class is conducted outdoors, overlooking Long Island Sound, whenever weather permits. Beginners are welcome. SESSION ONE: Sun Style Beginning Form – Gentle movement for health and well-being. Twelve simple moves to harmonize the body and help with balance and agility. $40/4-CLASS SESSION. THIS CLASS IS CONDUCTED OUTDOORS, OVERLOOKING LONG ISLAND SOUND, WHENEVER WEATHER PERMITS. SESSION II: PLAYING WITH THE FIVE ELEMENT FORM – JULY 30, AUGUST 6, 13 & 20 SESSION III: EIGHT PIECES OF BROCADE FORM – AUGUST 27, SEPTEMBER 3, 10, 17.
