Week in Review: Rose City on Offensive vs. Chatham

Madison residents file lawsuit against township, while Brooklake residents continue to oppose borough's community garden proposal.

There was a lot going on in the Rose City this week, but some major news came out of Madison residents' displeasure with neighboring towns. A lawsuit has been filed against Chatham Twp., while the mayor joined in the criticism of Chatham Borough's proposed community gardens that would be directly across from Madison residents on Brooklake Road.

On Monday, we brought you a photo slideshow from the Touch a Truck fundraiser that brought in about 1,000 people to help out the Madison Public Library. We also brought you images from the latest Downtown Concert Series outside of the Museum of Early Trades & Crafts. Finally, we gave you a look inside one Eagle Scout hopeful's project, which is helping to restore the murals under the railroad tracks on Kings Road.
