The Madison Chamber of Commerce's annual Halloween Hoopla on Saturday drew hundreds of children and more than a few adults in costumes to downtown Madison for a parade, magic show, and trick-or-treating at Madison businesses.

A Halloween Spooktacular at the Madison Area YMCA and Tricks-N-Treats at the Museum of Early Trades & Crafts also were planned.
