New Year Brings Reorg Meeting, Return to School

New Year's Eve: Monday is the last day of 2012. Do you have your New Year's resolutions ready?
Reorg: The Madison governing body's reorganization meeting is scheduled for noon on Tuesday, New Year's Day, at Hartley Dodge Memorial. New Council members Astri Baillie and Ben Wolkowitz to be sworn in, appointments to be made, contracts to be awarded.

Knit-In: The Madison Senior Center will be hosting a crochet and knitting "Knit-In" to benefit the residents of Union Beach from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday. Yarn donations appreciated. Harp Ensemble Concert: An afternoon harp ensemble featuring harpist Odarka Stockert and the Harpantics is coming to the Museum of Early Trades & Crafts at 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets $10.
