Susan Reed, CPA, CFP®, a partner in the Medical and Professional Services Group at SaxBST in Clifton, recently earned Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification through a training program hosted by the Medical Group Management Association. The multi-disciplinary accounting, tax and advisory firm serves a growing number of medical and dental practitioners and healthcare-related organizations.
Reed's areas of expertise include evaluation and improvement of practice operations, revenue cycle management, benchmarking analysis, and consulting for medical and dental practices. The Madison resident noted that the Lean Six Sigma training has added an important new skills set to augment her 20 years of accounting and tax experience.
