Novartis Employees Volunteer at Madison's Dress for Success Morris County

Employees of the East Hanover company participated in the 18th annual Community Partnership Day.

As part of The Novartis Group’s 18th annual Community Partnership Day worldwide, a group of employees spent a workday at Dress for Success Morris County in Madison.

Dress for Success Morris County promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire as well as a network of support and career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

The team of volunteers spent the day organizing donated clothing at the nonprofit in order to select coordinated interviewing outfits for 50 women in transition.
