Madison Walgreens Aims to Open Friday

Pharmacy chain could open this week if all of its permits are in place.

The signage is up, the clock is in, and the Madison Walgreens is aiming to open Friday morning if all of the necessary permits are in place.

Construction of the two-story office-retail building, called Gateway to Madison, started in March.

Plans call for the property at Main Street and Greenwood Avenue to have retail tenants on the first floor and office tenants on the second floor.
