A bookstore in a Madison shopping center is recovering from a "massive flood" after a water main break last week.
Sages Pages owner Lillian Trujillo said Monday she was talking with insurance companies and recovery efforts are under way. Crews were working in the parking lot outside the store.
"Sorry!" a sign on the door says. "We had a massive flood and are recovering."
A water main break occurred Jan. 8 at the Madison Plaza shopping center.
Customers who ordered books can call Trujillo to have them brought out, the sign says. In addition to books, the store carries kids' games, toys and journals.
