Double Standards

Last night at Benissimo our Jazz performers Alfred and Sharman announced they will be releasing a new CD in January 2014.  The name of the CD is "Double Standards" and they shared a few selections with our patrons last night.

These are classic standards which most people remember and are combined together to provide a truly inspirational and emotional sound. One example was "You Never Know/Always".  The arrangement and performance by Alfred and Sharman are as classic as the songs.  Those who joined us last night were truly moved as even a few tears were evident.

In the coming weeks they will be sharing more selections before the CD is released. So come out on Wednesday night and enjoy some great food and great sounds of Alfred and Sharman. You may also want to bring some tissues as the nostalgia can spark some emotional memories.
