Summer Camp for a Day: Pirate Booty!

Summer Camp for a Day: Pirate Booty!, Tuesday, August 2nd  10 AM - 2 PM

A pirate’s most priced possessions are the booty they find and hide away!  Campers will have fun making their own treasure box and filling it with the treasures that each camper makes.  Jewels, fun pins, ring and gold doubloons will be made to stash away and play with later at home.  Campers will also make their own treasure map so they will always know where their booty box is!  The Museum will host eight unique, one-day summer camps for children ages 4-12.  This camp is a full day of activities without the long term commitment.  Campers will learn about different aspects of history and participate in a variety of hands-on craft projects based on the Museum’s exhibits.  Campers ages 4-6 are required to have an adult present.  Space is limited.  Advance registration required.  Members: $25 for any 1 session & $65 for any 3 sessions.  Non-Members: $30 for any 1 session & $80 for any 3.  Call for more information, 973-377-2982 x12.
