International Family Night Pot Luck Dinner

Diners will be treated to a global smorgasbord at International Family Night Pot Luck Dinner, Sat., March 5 at the Madison Area YMCA.  

Those participating in “Travel around the World,“ are asked to bring a dish or dessert from their native or ancestral country. Booths will be set up for the countries represented displaying toys, money, books, dolls, native costume and travel posters.

Entertainment includes juggling, magic, singers, Middle Eastern, Latin and Irish dancing. The night also includes games, crafts, raffle prizes.

Festivities begin at 6 p.m. and last until 9 p.m. “Come enjoy one of the most interesting evenings you’ll have all year. From the delicious food to our unique entertainment, you will definitely find something you’ll love!” said Carol Baumgartner, the Y’s Dance and Family Program Director who founded this event 21 years ago.
