T-Rex Visits Summer Readers at Madison Library

Prehistoric guest stopped by Summer Reading Club.

A 15-foot T-Rex from Field Station: Dinosaurs stopped by the Madison Public Library on Wednesday afternoon as part of the library's Summer Reading Club.

Sponsored by the Friends of the Madison Public Library, the club hosts activities and encourages children to track what they read while school is out.

"There's a lot going on for everyone at the Madison Public Library this summer,” Children’s Services Supervisor Emily Weisenstein said. “Stop by to say hello and see what's happening next!"

Schedules are available online at www.madisonnjlibrary.org or in the library Children’s Room.  Activity registration and drop-in programs are offered on a first come, first served basis. Participants or their parents must have a Madison Public Library card. Call the Children's Room at 973-377-0722 ext. 3 with any questions.
